Our Process
Consultation
Book a free consultation with us and let’s get to know each other. We will chat about your love story, your vision for your wedding, and what you would like us to create for you. We will also talk about pricing and timeline and you can ask any questions you may have.
*This is a no strings attached meeting, you are not tied to working with Heart Signet Studio if you book a consultation.
Design Chat
Once you’ve decided to work with us, we will have our first official meeting, Design Chat. We will go more in depth on your vision and what you would like created, decide how we would like the design process to go, get a better idea of costs, and talk about the deposit.
Check-in
Throughout the design process we will have check-ins. The amount of check-ins will be dependent on the size and complexity of design needs. Check-ins may be emails or virtual meetings to approve or talk about designs in progress.
*Remember we are here for you! Please never hesitate to reach out or say something during the design process if you are not liking something.
Final
After all designs have been completed , we will have our Final Meeting. All designs will be run by you for final approval and we will chat about anything that needs to be covered.
